Firmware Installation Instructions:

Click on InstallFW_i1800_v2.0.13.exe and download to a temporary directory on your computer.

Before beginning your update, be sure the scanner is powered on and has reached steady state with no warning or error messages. Exit out of any application which may be communicating with the scanner. Note: When you launch the InstallFW program, it will automatically connect to the scanner and begin a FW download. DO NOT interrupt this process until the program reports back successful completion.

Note: The operator control panel on the scanner will report progress of the download. It will show 0-100% several times as the download contains more than one file. DO NOT cycle power on the scanner until the application reports complete.
